Recently acquired a 2000 black/tan wagon with 153K needing a radiator, motor mount, pulleys, NSS, a few odds and ends at a great price. No sludge or noise but I am going to drop the oil pan just to clean & confirm. I haven't done the work yet because the deal with my wife was that I had to finish my full backlog of house projects first. Hopefully I can get onto the car in early 2011.

In my case, exterior is probably a 7 of 10 and interior 5 of 10. Front seats pretty badly ripped, some dirt but should be cleanable. Do need to find some new seats. The tan ones seem very hard to find. I may have to put charcoal leather replacement seats in because they're widely available and reasonably priced.
