Have had mixed experience with the M store myself. Only go there when necessary (recall or something that requires TechII). Just paid them a boatload of money to do software updates on my 2002 linear. Also paid to have them turn off the burglar arm (worked) and to turn off the f****** automatic hatch lock (didn't work -- but I don't have time to go back and complain). I once bought a "clean" 9000 from them and when I got home discovered that the rear shock mounts were rusted through. They had told me it just needed a lube. Anyway, they refunded my $s but were pissed that I didn't reassemble all of the trim that I had to remove to expose the rusted mounts. They were probably hoping to dump it on some other sucker.
