You can take out the vacuum T and run a solid line bypassing the electric solenoid for the bypass valve vacuum. The other source (I think turbo bypass solenoid) still needs its vacuum though.
I leave the vacuum solenoid valve hooked up to electric harness and tie wrap it to the fire wall so you don't get an extra error code on the ACC.
