Happened to me as well. I don't think you are missing any relays. I believe that you have the standard problem. The backup batteries in the siren module get old & weak, and then the siren starts going off randomly. To keep & repair, remove the alarm siren unit and send to BBA or similar place for a rebuild. Alternatively, the siren can be disabled with a Tech II and the horn can be used instead for the alarm as it is on later year cars. Don't rebuild the unit & replace batteries yourself; few have had that repair last over 6 months for some reason.
You can't just disconnect the fuse or car battery, as the backup batteries in the siren unit may still have enough juice for the siren to flake out randomly for a while. If you remove the wheel & fender liner, you can remove or disconnect the siren module. You'll get an error msg on startup on the SID until the module is replaced or a Tech II disables the siren.
