I just got a set of the 06 and up rear bushings and they seem to mimic the 01 and older in style with solid rubber but have the slightly longer (3mm) spacer inside like the 02-05 so that you don't need to use any washers between bushing and cross brace.
So they probably realized their mistake with the 02-05 bushings going bad prematurely and went back to a more solid version.
I have had very few 01 and older with bushings being bad compared to 02 and up.
