SE rear shocks time - advice?

1999 9-5 SE LPT Sedan 160k miles
rear shocks formerly replaced at 70k miles from eEuro in 2004/5
My left rear started leaking oil, enough to make small puddle on floor
Was wondering what my simplest and cost$ saving options were for DIY. I don't want to have to deal with ride height changes, etc. Would like to just replace only the necessary parts.
(1) I see the Sachs on eEuro for $100 each. Will I possibly need to order any other parts along with the shocks? Using these, no issues with adjusting ride height, etc? I want it simple. I am satisfied with the performance of the originals/replacements on now.
(2) Monroe Sensa-tracs are $37. Anyone know if I will have any other issues to deal with using these like ride height, alignment, fit? etc? Currently my car is able to be aligned to specs without shims.
(3) I see others going with the Koni yellow but seem to have to deal with ride height changes, fit with other original parts, etc. I want to avoid all that. Are they that much better performance? Cost more?
(4) Any other recommended options?
With any or some of these options, I'd like to DIY as easily as possible. I'm a busy dad that just needs the car to keep lasting as designed. Do I need any other parts likely for the rear? Go ahead and get a new lower mount bolt and nut? Anything on the top side?
I've not done shocks myself before but lot of other stuff with help from this site. If this goes well, I'll tackle the front struts hopefully as 160k they are MORE likely due! I am having a little noise in the front left although ride itself feels OK and tire wear has been great and even with 40k on current tires. Still, 160k, I'd like to freshen up.
TIA!
