My 2001 was getting low on oil more frequently and I was getting an oil residue all around the fill tube area. I took the fill tube off and noticed the connection was a little loose so I wrapped it in teflon tape and stuck it back in. The area is now free of oil and I haven't been filling it as often. I've had PCV #6 in for more than a year and the O ring in the plastic part of the fill tube must have flattened out a little.
