Once the glass is at least back in the tracks you can slide it up and down. In my case only one of the rollers broke so I just had to guide one side of the glass up or down as I hit the switch.
If you roll the window down far enough there's a service hole cut in the door frame large enough to access both rollers (see picture below). If BOTH of yours are indeed broken you might want to use some of that blue painters tape to hold the glass at that position where the rollers are accessible.
I would get two rollers for that door, and if you feel like it two extra for the driver side because it probably won't be far behind. The rear windows don't use the same mechanism so you don't have to worry about them.
Don't forget!! TWO SNAPS when you're locking the new rollers in. Good luck!
