The 2004 models should all have the latest revision to the PCV system (commonly called ver6.0)factory installed on the engine, whereas the presence of this system on a 2002 is a "+" sign when buying used, and a big "-" if absent.
The 2004 may or may not have the alarm siren. These are a maintenance issue with failed batteries and leakly capacitors as the cars age. I had mine disabled in my 2000 when it gave me too much trouble.
There may be differences in interior trim and other accoutrements. The de-contenting of the interiors began in either 2004 or 2005. Look for things such as Weather Band on the radio, mesh pockets at the base of the B-pillar for holding small umbrellas, collapsible highway warning triangle in a case on the inside of the trunk lid. Generally small things, but their removal P-O'ed a lot of owners.
