the voltage regulator is tough to reach on a 95.
I would try a rebuilt one.
Check the voltage with engine off and engine running. Off should be 12.5 or so and running 13.6 to 14. If you have 12 running you have an alternator or wiring problem.
Also get a battery load tester. Mine was $30 at Harbor Freight and it will tell you if the battery is weak.
