Did they heat up the oil cooler with a propane torch while having it under pressure?
I tried to find the leak on a known leaking oil cooler from a NG900 V6 and filled it with oil and leak dye and put it under pressure.
It wasn't until I heated up the cooler with a torch that the leak dye started to get visible with black light.
Since the Catera coolers are cheap enough, I wouldn't chance it using the old one.
