Thanks for the guidance Anders. Although voltage at battery is way down (now about 7.5 VDC) from prior starting attempts, I got positive voltage at fuse receptacles as follows:
Fuse 19 15 briefly with key turned to ON
VDC 4.0 3.7
Fuse 7 14 constant voltage with key turned to ON
VDC 5.79 5.75
So, does this demonstrate two things: First, previiously I wasn't taking the voltage measurement at the fuel pump harness connection properly and simply missed the brief burst of voltage that was probably present. Second, I need a new fuel pump? What's you recommendation?
BTW, we're always jumping the LPT from the Aero when where actually attempting to start it.
