The biggest contributing factor to the answers you get should be whether or not your state has emissions. If not then the best option would be to go to a shop and have them make the cat back exhast, that part can be done for around $300. If they are good then just have them make the down pipe as well with a cat delete. The problem with this is you will probably throw a code, the benefit of getting the GS part is that it doesn't. A full 3" is definitly the better option but you can get away with the stock 2.5 just because after the air comes through the downpipe it is cooled down enough to go through without much trouble. If your state has emissions then buying the JS will mean getting a cat welded in. Stainless steel exhaust parts are better but usually just a luxury. If it was my money I would get the cat delete option and then the tune for it.
