No Turn signals Short? DICE???

Have not posted in a while, but have an odd issue. My front left side turn signal marker (03 aero, Zenons) light blew off at speed on the highway. As I was slowing and trying to get to the shoulder ( I was on a bridge) it continued to dangle and hit the fender ( a few scrathes and chips as well) I put the flashers on and before I was able to get to the shoulder the flashers stopped working and I the turn signals as well.
After inspection 2 of the three wires on the plug had pulled out were expsoed.
I suspected a blown fuse but none no where, no other issues. Took it to the dealer they are stmped. I was wondering if a short could have blown the turn signals on the dice???
