If the hole in the PCV box is plugged up, you don't get the proper vacuum effect that the hose and check valve from throttle body should give the PCV system.
Try to use a 1/16" drill clamped tight with a Wisegrip to see if you can get through.
The hole is just a fraction bigger than 1/16" so don't try anything bigger than that to run through.
The V6 turbo will always let some oil past the seals so you have more or less oil in those hoses at all times.
