Rear suspension will be shot by 100K miles. The front suspension is very deceptive on these cars, it can be significantly worn out yet not give any strong hints of its imminent demise.
CPS is now 7 years old and ready to fail if it has not already been replaced. The last piece of this sudden failure trilogy is the fuel pump.
Get these items fixed and the car should be good for another 200K miles!
