Yes they are with a very small modification to the HD seats, have to round them off just a bit. Have not seen the genuine Saab spacers besides the Koni 10mm, 15mm spacers, which are .40 and .5 inch. I have spacers that are .5, 1.0 and 1.5. I have had to use 1.5 on wagons and some sedans, and mostly 1.0 on others. I would assume if you were to do the entire back end, maybe .5's would work. My lifts will fit any shocks including Monroe which are less expensive option that I use and they seem to work fine, but the Koni's are probably a better shock. Not sure if you could really notice the difference. All comes down to it's pressure and recovery time......
