Unfortunately I can't say what "might" be needed since I try to not do swaps like that but it isn't long ago someone posted about the same thing and I think he went ahead with an 04 engine in and older 9-5 so maybe you can find those posts.
But my best suggestion is to get the engine with complete intake manifold and throttle body together with all PCV hoses and pipes and the air intake to turbo tube where one of the PCV pipes attach to in a different way from yours.
And then hope that the different sensors on intake manifold is at the same position and same type pin numbers as your engine harness.
