I'm 99% sure that a US market MY2000 SE should have the V6 motor (a "Z" in the VIN where the second "E" is in the one you posted). There was a delay in bringing the V6 to market, but that only affected MY 1999. By 2000, all SEs in the US were V6s.
Also, judging by the serial # in the VIN (041188), that would be pretty late in the production year, so a US-spec SE would definitely have the V6 by then.
Of course, if this is NOT a US-market car, than anything is possible!
