Search out the left hand, reverse spin drill bits, and get a two sets, start soaking the bolt now in PB blaster or Kroil penetrating oil, as people said above, start out with small bits and work your way up to larger ones. You may get lucky with the left hand bits and the bolt will start to spin out as you drill. If you end up going the extracotr route, if it does not move with medium pressure stop and go to a shop or else you will be dealing with a broken hard steel extractor broken off inside you nicely drilled out bolt...I have done it NOT FUN. If you have a welder you can also weld a nut onto the numb of the broken bolt that it sticking out...if you have any. Go SLOW and good luck..also cool the bits as you drill with wd-40 or cutting oil, drill a little spray a little
