You need to give us more to go on. What is the EXACT temperatures coming out of the three vents after you have driven the car for awhile.

Now with the hot weather upon us, it can feel bad for quite a long time but if you put a thermometer in each dash vents, close the REC and drive the car for awhile. That would give us an idea if it is something wrong or just a feeling you have that it is something wrong.

Using the Tech 2 scanner you can also look at the left and right foot well temp probes and they will give you a good reading how cold the system is when choosing foot compartment.
