have to know how. Most alignment problems are in the rear on a 9-5. Rear toe is never correct, especially if you bash curbs when parking. Rear camber is usually too negative because of spring sag. Make sure the ride height is where you want it to be - (do you really need to have 100 lbs of junk in your car? ) and then check rear camber - shim as needed. It also goes without saying that the mechanical components of the suspension are in good shape.
That alignment guy doesn't make much on the alignment, but he cleans up on ball joints, bushings etc.
It would be a huge help to the guy if you printed out a bunch of WIS pages so he could see what the manufacturer had in mind with alignment.
