Rhino Ramps (truck and SUV version) are wide and flat for our 225 tires and the approach angle is such that the Aero spoiler/air dam won't touch as you climb the ramp.
For jacking, I've used a 3.5 ton steel floor jack with a hockey puck on the saddle. The puck will smother the tow eye spot on the center frame you mentioned as well as the side rail jack points. Using a block of wood is sketchy since wood splits. Black, hard rubber, hockey pucks are only about a dollar each at a sporting goods store.
