My vote would be to replace. It does not cost much and it will fail, just a matter of time. Get the part and schedule a time, etc. I had one that was a "nice" failure, did not start when hot. I had another that was not. Failed and that was it.
The other thing to consider is a fuel pump. Maybe a little bit more miles, I have had 3 fail, all 125k +. 2 just failed, 1 gave some hard starting symptoms when cold. The problem with this is that if it fails and you are out of town, get ready for about $500-$900 dealer installation. If you do it yourself and just replace the pump, $50-$100 and you won't be stranded.
Anyway, my two cents worth.
