Good list thus far. A few additional items-
-On your oil delivery tube you need a quantity of two (9138009 x2)
-Oil pressure sensor 55559824 x1
-Coolant temp sensor 15393755 x1
-Crank Position Sensor 55557326 x1
-NGK PFR7H10 or BCPR7ES spark plug x4
-Auto Trans --> Driveshaft Seal 90542019 x2; Torque Converter Seal 5441845 x2 (2002 Trans) or 93178232 x1 (2003+ Trans)
-Waterpump Kit 93166829 x1
-RH Engine/Rear Engine/Trans Upper/Trans Torque Arm Mount Replace
-If going into '02 9-5, replace your six subframe bushings while you have frame down. Use updated version.
-Check timing chain tensioner on replacement B205R engine. If close to end of travel, pull timing cover while you have pan off and replace timing/balance shaft components. I have replaced in situ, but is much, much more difficult to R&R cover.
-Check for headgasket oil leakage near RH rear and LH front of cylinder head. Head takes 2 hrs max to R&R when nothing is hooked up and in the way (use anaerobic sealant on timing cover and oil return port, also new headbolts.
-Not a bad idea to throw a rebuild Bosch 140amp alternator in now, at least check brush pack. Check positive battery cable at alternator lug for evidence is burning/melting. Replace if so. 12755254 x1
-Check power steering high pressure line for leakage. Replace if any noted. Royal PAIN to replace in situ.
