Rear strut conundrum

I bought a set of Bilstein HD's and with the help of the Platanoff site, suggestions from this site and set of deep impact sockets I swapped out the front struts quickly in a rather satisfying DIY effort.
When my 2002 Linear wagon had about 10K on it, I installed a set of the Saab Body Leveling Kit struts and shocks in the rear. The struts are almost twice the diameter of the OEM struts, and the opening of springs is sized to fit. I forgot about this issue when I ordered my struts. Is there a corresponding 'larger' Bilstein strut to fit these springs, or an adapter to fit the springs?
I DO have the original springs with 10K on them and could just throw those in with the new struts, but I liked how the Leveling Kit springs handled our loads over the years. I've never had any camber issues or tire wear issues with these installed.
