A quick web search showed me that Nivomats were developed by Sachs, which is what I evidently have. Aside from obvious fluid leaks, is there any way to test whether these are still good or not?
I have creaking in the rear end somewhere, I suppose it could be any one of the other bushings used in the rear subframe or control arms.
