Hello, I can't tell you what a dealer will say. He might say, "You did it". The oil drain plug on our 2005 9-5 was mangled quite a bit. It looked like a 13mm hex twist. I will buy a replacement oil drain plug with a 17mm head the next time I change the oil. I had to change 2 of these already; on a 1985 900 and a 2002 9-5. I was able to get my bad ones out with vice grips. It could be that the selection of the 13mm head size is the engineers way of telling us that little torque is required. Tell that to a meth head working at an oil change place. The flat copper gasket on the 2005 was so crushed it looked like it had been turned in a lathe. Kira
