Hello, I found the instructions to change the water pump here. Do a search. It's not too difficult a job. In brief: The top engine mount (1 18mm nut and 4 side bolts + 1 hose hanger) block the engine up. Remove the banjo bolt to the air intake pipe. Remove the turbo boost plastic pipe/hooter valve w/its vacuum actuator line and aluminum pipe (which goes to the intake pipe). Remove the heat shield (1 13mm nut). P/S mounting bolts are removed but you needn't disconnect any hoses (yay!). The vacuum tree goes away-be mindful of the one little hose which goes to the intake pipe. Undo the clamp which holds the intake pipe to the turbocharger. I followed everyone's instructions and used the correct sized torx with a 12" extension with a universal. I used tape to hold it up when I reassembled the clamp; the clamp's 6 o'clock position had to be in contact with the mating surface or the clamp wouldn't take. The little bolts which hold the metal coolant pipes which wrap around to the left side and rear of the engine get loosened so the pipes can be withdrawn from the pump body. New "O" rings go there. Remove the banjo bolts on each end of the multi-angled pipe going from the pump to the turbocharger. That's a total of 3 banjo bolts ergo 6 thin copper washers need to be replaced or dressed. I use a diamond impregnated cloth on a flat surface. Just shows you how cheap I am, but hey, no leaks. Get a cable operated hose clamp remover to release the clamps on the lower radiator and "U" hoses. It's the best money you'll ever spend. Replace those two hoses since they're such a bear to get to. The pump's bolts come out and you pull the pump away from the engine. There's a stubby adapting pipe with an "O" ring at each end which connects the pump body with the engine block. Just note the big tab on it and see that it is in the same position when you reinstall it with the new "O" rings and Vasaline jelly. I used vice grips and a piece of old leather belt to grab it and pull it out. That adapter pipe with its new "O" rings taps in easily and the bolts take it the rest of the way when you tighten them. Remember to add water pump lube to your new coolant. You will feel so good when you're done. Kira
