The RADIO CODE issue might have been caused by the loss of voltage (I had it happen to me as well once when I drained the battery down) but won't resolve by itself anymore. Your radio got "divorced" from ECM and needs to be "married" back with Tech2.
As for ACC, not sure that is the issue. I've had it happening to me on 2 separate ACC units for 4 years now regardless of the condition of the battery. It seems to happen when the temperature reaches ~50F, so only in the winter when the car warms up and crosses that threshold. Never happened in the summer when temperatures are above 50F to start with. Not sure you can resolve that - I didn't, and I tried both the ACC unit swap and the software update (~$80 at the dealer for 10min work!!!).
