Sorry to hear of your misfortune. The throttle body on a 2003 is a $430 part diy or upwards of $1000 with a dealer. Not sure about a repair on a turbo as we have not suffered that problem yet on our 2003 and 2004 Aeros. Of the common repairs you cite above, we have only had alternator and CPS on the 2003 and DIC and heater by-pass on both cars. We have about 112,000 miles on the 2003 and 87,000 on the 2004 and just completed a 3,200 mile trip in the 2004 without even a hiccup. We are the original owners.
