Gas pressurized shocks can increase ride height in some cases. The shocks that the OP is getting are known to increase ride height in some applications. The effect will be temperature dependent to some degree. But the change will be minor compared to the typical needed correction.
The lift from gas shocks is also dependent on the spring rate. So the effects will be larger on the rears compared to the front.
