why not spacers on one side????
Driver side is lower because it has more load when only the driver is on board. You could switch sides for the rear springs and put a spacer on the lower side. Nothing wrong with that.
With that mileage your upper outer transverse arm bushing is certainly gone. I would do the front bushing on the trailing arm too.
