are you doing the work yourself? the bushings are harder to DIY than springs.
What you could do is pull the rear strut assys + remove the springs (should be easy with new shocks/non-rusted nuts!) + check their lengths uncompressed... If they are uneven, replace the springs. Cheap + easy (well $100 for an alignment, but you'll most likely need that anyway). Even new springs, for a pair, is only $120... cheaper used...
Your car has double the miles of mine so it is possible that one or more of your bushings are in really bad shape... but fwiw, our saab indy gave me the impression that he doesn't normally bother with them... just adjusts the camber to zero + gets the alignment right + they don't eat tires + drive fine even if a little saggy.
If the bushings were an easier diy (or if my indy felt it worthwhile), I probably would have done mine... But I'm not highly cost sensitive...
