The usual method to do this involves getting an older key (one without the remote integrated), marrying it to the car (requires Tech 2, Saab software, AND any and all keys that are to be programmed for the car), opening it up, removing the transponder chip, and gluing said chip to a place near enough to the antenna (the outer ring around the ignition key) so that the car recognizes it.
AFIAK, there is no way to bypass the need for a transponder. You'd need to work out how to bypass the entire TWICE module.
