Well, after investigating, there is a broken plastic check hose check valve right on the top of the Throttle Body that has broke / failed. I am guessing this is the problem, but since Xmas even, everything is closed. Will see if Auto Zone has one I can put in and try out, but this is probably a SAAB part. I have been trying to find the part number for it online with no luck. Will probably have to wait until Monday.
For all of you V6 people, I think this failed because of tension. I am going to get a slightly longer hose that comes out of the top of the Throttle Body to help with the tension.
Not sure if this is the issue, but cleaned the inside of the Throttle Body. Did not clean the "under the plastic cover" yet to see if the check valve will fix.
Will follow up.
