Green as in the old Chartreuse color? With a transplanted engine, which can be assumed to have been completely drianed at time of installation, I would stick with what is already in the engine. Unless you do a power flush you will never remove all of what is in there now and mixing coolants is generally considered to be the biggest sin. If it is the old chartreuse green color then any quality brand shold be fine.
The pre-2002 Saab G-48 coolant was a deep blue-green color and is apparenlty no longer available, although other manufacturers continue to use this formulation dyed a different color. Most G-05 is yellow tinted, DexCool is orange red, but color now has minimal significance in identifying coolant formula and compatibility.
