Sigh.....I understand why you wrote what you did and with a heavy heart, I have to agree with you. Not only that but it's a generic silver one too...sigh. I absolutely love cars in dark grey, (seal grey, gunmetal grey) now I'm just a silver asian box #985334^23 on the road.
You know recently I had the chance to test drive an Acura TL, Audi A4 Avant and the infinity.... wow talk about marketing hype. The interior quality of these vehicles, after I've actually been in one, was way below what I perceive them to be. The plastics, while soft touch, are still hollow. The A4 in particular had a VERY cheap shift surround bezel which was hollow and matte, the radio buttons were light, plasticky with no soft touch to be seen...all in, I wasn't impressed at all. Out of all three the TL felt best, IMO. I surprised myself by not liking the euro styled A4.
