Rob - based on this and your other postings about the TB, sounds like its time to replace.
I have a 2003 9-5 Arc, 171K miles that until a couple of weeks ago had the original TB. Got a CEL, similar codes to what you had. Indy tried to reset the limp home multiple times and it kept tripping ostensibly due to age and fatigue of various components.
He was surprised that this was still the original TB, and recommended putting on a new one -- he's had hit and miss experience with rebuilt and used. I might have save a few bucks on the part by trying that route, but I figured that the time I would lose to put the car back in the shop on a repeat failure outweighed the cost savings.
Its been great since, and car continues to run better than it did when new!
