I bought my aftermarket keys at lostsaabkeys. They were nice on the phone, but according to the dealer lostsaabkeys aftermarket keys from are from a Spanish company that can't be programed with the Tech II. I haven't picked up the car yet so I don't have the keys in front of me to be able to tell you the manufacture of the aftermarket keys.
According to the dealer I now have one key that works. They took apart the key head that was matched to the used twice unit and put the transponder chip into the aftermarket key head.
I have several used FOB remotes that I bought online. A couple banana type and two all in one type keys.
I had seen a few auctions for the all in one keys that were uncut. However, I had a hard time locating any place that could cut them. Everyone called them laser cut, but that really doesn't seem to be the case.
The dealer said that they would try to program the all in one fobs and maybe they would dangle close enough to be able to use as the transponder for the aftermarket. I am not holding out much hope.
All in one head keys are around $160 on auction sites without the remote internals. I almost bought one today. However, I found a website that claims to sell all in one units with internal electronics for $161.
It the short run I need a used key head from the older style transponder key to cannibalize to use the transponder chip to make the other Spanish aftermarket key usable.
