1) with a suspension that uses camber change to reduce understeer, the initial setting should be a camber close to the standard (under one degree) rather than the nearer 2 degrees. They shortened the springs without adjusting the arm lengths or mounting point. The mounting point could be adjustable (by using eccentric mounting bolts) but isn't.
2) when the springs are loaded to the bump stops, they yield (take a set, sag). Spring design 101 says that springs shouldn't yield before they reach full travel.
The "cure" for flaw one is to shim the rear hub, which is relatively inexpensive.
The cure for flaw two is a redesigned spring (I'm not sure anyone has actually had custom springs made, and the market is a little too thin for commonly available "sport springs". Absent that, we must refrain from loading the cars to the gills and compensate for damaged springs by either replacing them or installing spacers.
