I think I found your old thread (see below). Did you test or swap the CPS?
I would definitely test and/or charge the battery just to make sure that's not an issue. DI is a simple swap if you have a known good one. What about the condition of the plugs (and type)? I would think though that you'd get a CEL if the DI or plugs were so bad the car wouldn't start. Is your mechanic a Saab guy?
