EAC/AIC won't really help. They're all about connecting things up that were designed to be connected up, with only very rare instances of modification to the car needing to be done.
You'll have to look further into WIS. There are wiring diagrams with pinouts for the radio cage connection, where you should be able to get almost everything your new radio needs.
Booster? Well, AFAIK, there is a signal to turn the audio amp on, and maybe the radio antenna boosters (which are separate from the radio). I don't think the signals are separate. You'd have to look in WIS further. Wiring diagrams are there, if a but hard to locate (still easier than Volvo's VADIS...).
Usually, systems will retract the antenna mast, if you select, say, CD or tape, which also shuts off any antenna boosters. But in reality, if you plumb the adapter downstream of the amplifier, you're ok.
