I too have been using Mobil 1 0w/40 exclusively on my Saab's. Not too many years ago, Walmart did have an exclusive contract with Mobil 1 to package the 0w/40 in the 5 quart sized containers. I used to buy it all the time. No longer. Drat!
My current ride's (an '11 9-5 Turbo4 Premium) owners manual states that I can use anything from 5w/30, 5w/40, 0w/30 or 0w/40 full synthetic. Of course you go to the Mobil 1 website and it states that they don't carry the ESP grade necessary for my car in the States. I'm gonna start using their 5w/40 which comes in the 5qt containers.
