I'm going to go with battery cables/connections or ignition switch. You can check for voltage drops across battery connections with a cheap volt meter. Reading anything over a half a volt from one end of a cable to the other end indictes a problem.
Also try jiggling the ignition while parked and idling and see if it acts up.
