I ran a switched bypass from fuse 30 to pin 86 on the starter relay. I verified with the circuit closed the car will crank and start in gear. The cranking was no different, but it did jerk backward when the engine started. Just an FYI for the curious. So now of course I am not able to repeat the no crank with the circuit open. These problems just seem to mock you openly sometimes lol. BUT the car did experience some cranking issues when cold this afternoon...and the other night, spraying the hot NSS with water did not seem to make a difference.. so maybe a dodgy starter solenoid?
