Run flats tires. 255 or 221 buckaroooos per tire. You can have a blowout at highway speeds. See the icon (TPMS) on the dash and drive up to maybe 50 miles safely to change a tire. The sidewalls are reinforced so the wheel won't be damaged. Sounds great. There are tradeoffs compared to a regular tire. Just search, anywhere, for more info.
Yes, anyone can enjoy the benefits of TPMS and REALLY enjoy the upkeep that comes with them such as searching for a tire installer with the appropriate equipment to install, changing the batteries, changing the units themselves, the price per unit, re-learning new units...
Then you'll have false positive readings by the TPMS such as in the winter because it's colder and air pressure drops inside the tire (fill it up with more air). You could use nitrogen in the tires...
Just check your tire pressure once a week and you'll have great
gas mileage.
Cheers!
