Battery Drain

I have a power drain and flat battery after a day or two. I am measuring the current draw from the battery and find that the only way to reduce the power drain is to pull fuse number 17, engine management system, from the interior fuse box or to remove both the rear maxi fuses at the battery box.
I have removed the bulkhead connector, and cleaned but no difference even with the bulkhead connector disconnected.
Does anyone have a suggestion of where to look next? The vehicle is a 2003 9-5 ARC.
