Have you searched this forum for those codes?
What investigations has the above lead to?
What oil has been used?
What do the plugs look like?
What cylinder to cylinder differences in the plugs?

If the piston rings are stuck, that can often be fixed by an oil additive that 'frees stuck piston rings. Follow the directions. Never use a product that is feels thick when you shake the container.

Use Techron Concentrate, must be "concentrate". Use the 20 ounce bottle and follow directions. This will help free up the upper piston rings while cleaning the intake valves and combustion chambers. Some loss of boost can be created by combustion chamber deposits that act like glow plug ignition points, but that probably is not your root cause.

Use an oil designed for older engines and with a W40 viscosity. If you have not been using synthetic oil, do not switch to synthetic at this time.

You can pull the valve cover and see what the state of deposits is. You could then check head bolt torque.

Inspect for leaks at the crankshaft seals and the head gasket.

Look for signs of oil in the coolant.

Do you get any extended highway runs that can burn off some deposits from oil consumption?
