You used the wrong rotors.
I would never use ANY zinc plated rotors. I use the top of the line cast iron ones from R1. They have been terrific with ceramic pads.
I have them on my wife's '03 Aero and they are awesome.
I have OE on my Aero and I can't believe how much better her brakes are.
I have a set to put on my 2001 Aero and just need some time to get it done.
Don't use plated rotors.
